Powersport Grafx takes your privacy very seriously. Powersport Grafx does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.

When you interact with Powersport Grafx, we may collect personal information relevant to the situation, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and contact preferences; your credit card information and information about the Powersport Grafx products you own, and information relating to a support or service issue.

Other Terms and Conditions

Powersport Grafx is not responsible for typographical errors. Powersport Grafx reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Powersport Grafx Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.

Powersport Grafx reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Powersport Grafx Store at any time.

Powersport Grafx may make changes to any products or services offered at the Powersport Grafx Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the Powersport Grafx Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Powersport Grafx makes no commitment to update the information provided at the Powersport Grafx Store with respect to such products and services.

Powersport Grafx reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Powersport Grafx Store, or to any portion of the Powersport Grafx Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Powersport Grafx Store, or any portion of the Powersport Grafx Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Powersport Grafx Store, or any portion of the Powersport Grafx Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

Shipping Options

Powersport Grafx offers five convenient shipping options through UPS. All packages are shipped as specified and include insurance for purchase amount.

Standard Shipping: UPS Ground shipping is available for all orders for an additional $ 10.00. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within five business days after shipment.

UPS 3-Day Shipping: For an additional charge of $15.00, Powersport Grafx offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via three-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. EST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time three business days after shipment.

UPS 2-Day Shipping: For an additional charge of $ 25.00, Powersport Grafx offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. EST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.

UPS Overnight Delivery: For an additional charge of $ 40.00, Powersport Grafx offers this expedited shipping option on most of Powersport Grafx's products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping: Powersport Grafx offers various international shipping methods in accordance with your location. UPS International Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and USPS Global Express are some of the services we offer. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-903-6764 for a shipment quote to your region.

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves Powersport Grafx's facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond Powersport Grafx's control once your order leaves Powersport Grafx's facilities, Powersport Grafx cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

Signature is required for delivery: Most of Powersport Grafx's shipments contain valuable merchandise. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that Powersport Grafx is not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left Powersport Grafx's warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize Powersport Grafx to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Powersport Grafx as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Powersport Grafx, you will be contacted to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of Powersport Grafx's carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Powersport Grafx.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Powersport Grafx product, please call 1-800-903-6764 for a Return Authorization within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is defective.

Instructions and recommended application techniques are provided in your package. Defects of products due to use of unauthorized application procedures will not be replaced or exchanged.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Powersport Grafx will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Powersport Grafx warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that shipped with the product.

Please note that Powersport Grafx does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is customized to your specifications, including personalized products without a default in product quality.

Custom-Configured Product

Powersport Grafx offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications, and Powersport Grafx encourages you to review your order carefully. A proof of artwork is submitted to the customer prior to shipment in most cases. Please look at this carefully before giving your approval. Since a custom-configured product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your order is in production. Please review Powersport Grafx's return and refund policy carefully before ordering.

NOTE: Power Sport Grafx recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Powersport Grafx or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipment.

Items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior Return Authorization.
